I am so excited about this year. I have been feeling the energy of completing and ending the cycle of 2025, a universal nine year. I’ve been contemplating what that means, what that looks like for us in very practical ways, but also what it means for us to be transitioning into a new cycle, a universal year ONE.

This is not just a new year, this is new energy inviting us into new frequency. Now based on the Lunar New Year, we're moving out of the year of the snake where we were shedding and releasing a lot of old energy and old ways of being. This was a year about deep level transformation, and I'm sure you recognized different areas of your life and within yourself that had you questioning. This year was a mirror where you were really starting to recognize and realize what matters to you, and the positions and roles you are playing in different areas of your life.

What no longer, what felt right, what no longer felt resonant. And for a lot of us, it brings us to a point of asking, “What do I do about it?” There’s this feeling, this knowing, this essence of changing, but how do you support the change that is happening within you while not being afraid of letting go of what was so familiar?

How do you change and allow transition that feels supportive, rather than super destructive and eruptive in your life? We all play a part. There's this beautiful significance to what is going on for us collectively, right now, which I'm sure you can see in the world. But when you bring it in and bring it home, you also see the significance in how your life is changing, how you are changing.

Individually, each one of us coming into deeper alignment, relationship, and awareness of our frequency. Our contribution back into the collective also supports the shaping and reframing of how things are changing on a larger scale. But it all starts with how you are in relationship to you, these practices, Reiki, meditation, energy work.

We tend to get it on a surface level. We get it in an intellectual way. We can recognize different ways that we're shifting and changing. But there’s a difference in applying the practices in ways that actually help you integrate these changes into your daily life and accept more of what these different energies are revealing to you about the truth of your nature.

This is a time to stop the pendulum swing, to stop living our spirituality over there in corners or in our practices…or in sessions and then dipping back into the frequency that we're used to, or the frequencies of collective projection. This year, this new cycle, this number one universal year, is inviting us into conscious alignment, but we have to choose what we're aligning to and how to do that effectively.

I welcome you to the Alchemy Circle where every year is full of community support. It’s a space to be seen, heard, known, and understood within this realm of work and how you are changing and transforming. It’s a space where you are guided through effective ways of practicing, and again, having collective spirit in support of where we're all going through this journey together for an entire year.

This year, our focus is on raising energetic frequency, coherence with higher-mind, and sacred-heart alchemy. All practices will explore the realms of self-discovery, personal empowerment, and spiritual growth. By exploring topics such as traditional Reiki, self-mastery, re-identification, universal laws, and creation consciousness, you will be on a journey that deepens your understanding of YOU and the world around you.

Through engaging discussions, interactive exercises, and shared experiences, you will unlock new levels of awareness and insight that empower you to create the life that feels more authentic and true to your choice in energetic resonance. The wisdom shared within The Alchemy Circle will guide you on a path of self-discovery and transformation, helping you tap into your true potential, shaping life to become more aligned with your highest purpose.

THE BIG WHY…

Understanding your spiritual nature and the magic of your design is essential in shaping your perception, experiences, and contributions to all aspects of your life. To truly step into your power, you must first become the master of your own mind, emotions, will, sacred temple, and energy. This mastery involves diving deep into self-discovery, introspection, and self-love. By honoring your journey, embracing your growth, and being open to accept and forgive the aspects of yourself that are in need of transformation, you set the foundation for profound personal evolution.

This is to help you learn to implement change that is lasting, effective, and being more consciously aware of how to align and attune to higher frequency. This is how you express and live your practice day to day. We're also going to focus and be very clear about your visions and your goals, not just for the year, but for your life - where you are now, and being real about what you’re still working through to get to the other side of, and then how you live this expression…not just support people in sessions and classes, but to recognize the way that your expression contributes to every environment and every person, every situation you encounter. This is about the real work. It is very dedicated because we're spending an entire year together, and not only is it an entire year, we meet twice a week for an entire year.

Now, of course I know that schedules are different. We have alchemists from all over the world. So, on Tuesdays we meet at 11:00 AM Pacific and on Thursdays we meet at 4:00 PM Pacific to give more of a range for you to have an opportunity to come live. However, because of the time differences, everything is recorded, so you can always stay on track with what we're doing if you can't attend live.

In addition to the Alchemy Circles on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I do teach other online classes throughout the year, and as a member of the Alchemy Circle, you'll have automatic enrollment to my online classes. Right now, as we are transitioning from 2025 into 2026, we have already started Intuitive Mastery, which also gives you a head start in how to create a deeper relationship with what it means to have conscious awareness and attune to the higher frequency of your own higher mind. As a member of the Alchemy Circle, you get access to this class right now, and you can catch up in your own time. You can even join us for the live classes, which will continue through the remainder of January.

Embarking on the path of energetic alchemy involves delving into three key points of focus:

• Know Thyself: By deeply knowing oneself, one can uncover hidden beliefs, patterns, and energies that may be holding them back.
• Master Thyself: Through self-mastery, individuals learn to navigate their inner landscape with grace and precision, allowing for the alchemical transmutation of lower vibrational states into higher frequencies of love, peace, and harmony.
• Become True Self: As you progress towards becoming your true self, you align more fully with your authentic essence, shedding layers of conditioning and societal expectations to reveal the brilliance of your unique soul.

We're also focusing on the sacred essence. Some call it the energetic trinity. That is going to help us move more deeply into our process of unification, which is the basis of all of these spiritual practices and teachings, and again, help us to become more conscious creators and understanding our involvement and engagement in our life paths and what many call their purpose.

This is not to just let life happen to you. This is to engage and be motivated by the life that you have every right to create and experience in a higher expression for yourself. Healing is involved, but we do that together as well.

Please understand that The Alchemy Circle is a commitment. It's you saying yes to you, to being real about wanting to apply these frequencies, these teachings, having a deeper understanding of how to live your practice beyond sessions and beyond classes. And in this, it does help you, of course, to be a more conscious and effective energetic alchemist, or a practitioner, if you like, but it's really about how you learn to awaken to more aspects of your true nature to support your evolution and feeling on purpose within your life and the direction you're heading.

My commitment is to support you in this process of self-realization. All of the classes have an aspect of channeling based on who shows up and who is a member of the circle. We also have guided journeys in the classes so that you can have firsthand experience with whatever it is that we are learning, in terms of technique and how to implement it into your day-to-day life.

This is where you take your practice off the mat, so to speak. This is where you come into what it truly means to embody higher frequency, to sustain and cultivate higher frequency, and to show up as an example of your practice. I'm excited because there are so many things lining exposing why this energy is so potent and important.

This year, again, we are ending a universal year nine. We're coming out of the year of the snake – a year of shedding and releasing…of transforming. We are entering a universal year one that is going to amplify your alignment, your relationship to frequency, but also the year of the fire horse, which is all about moving forward in this essence, this vitality that we have to consciously be aware of - how we're directing and using this energy, this fire essence, to move forward in ways that are most effective and supportive for us individually.

So, are you ready? All you do is say, “yes!” The registration will close on the 20th of December, and that is because our first meeting is on the solstice, which is on December 21st. We are going to gather so I can guide you through conscious preparation and exercises to allow surrender, release, and movement to support us in transitioning into higher alignment and the higher frequency that we'll be working from as the year progresses.
