Let's start with the name, because you're probably wondering...

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, a coven is a collection of individuals with similar interests or activities. In this case, we share an interest of consciousness, with activities to expand yours! I believe that we are all absolute magic with the ability to awaken to new levels of consciousness, coming to understand ourselves and our lives in new ways. Just being in physical form is magical. Take a moment and acknowledge your life-force; your breath. Without having to think about it, this energy is sustaining you. Then if you look at your life, you can see what have you created. Everything surrounding you, now, you have called into creation. Even finding me! Yes, you called me into your space for a reason, but we can discuss all of that later. For now, let's talk about your current path...

Whether you have experienced energy-work and intuitive sessions, or you have taken classes to learn similar techniques, something started to shift and you are becoming more AWARE of your inner-calling. Your heart has begun to speak, tug and beg you to WAKE UP!

Well, you are here, so apparently you're listening.

It's also likely that you're an Empath or Healer, and even though you may have a sense of what this means, generally, maybe you don’t quite understand it fully, or you may doubt if you can claim these titles yet. I get it. I was in the same boat several years ago, and once I decided to “do the work”, I began to understand the infinite potentiality that we ALL possess. Even more than this, my life changed in ways I would have never imagined. And the truth is, it keeps changing! The moment you think you've "got it", something shifts and you're growing into an entirely new level of awareness. This path is never ending, and when you can step out of resistance and say, "okay, I'm ready", you expand your consciousness and you begin to embody yourself in truth, as love.

Think about it: there's something "different" about you that you can sense already...

You may feel different than some people around you, but perhaps you are just more "tuned-in". While this is a gift, it can also be lonely and confusing without a community of like-minded individuals to exchange with. Believe me, you're not alone! And fortunately, we are waking up more rapidly than ever! This is a time of MAJOR change for all of us. How we change and navigate the journey is up to us, individually.

How Did You Get Here?

It’s most common that we find ourselves seeking answers and new ways of being when something finally snaps and we can no longer pretend that we are unaware of our curiosities and passions. You know – that voice or feeling that you have always been aware of, but you trained yourself to push ahead, ignoring yourself because, “that’s just silly” or “that’s weird”.

Well, the things we find weird, strange or “silly” are often mislabeled due to fear and lack of understanding. But the key here is that what you may not understand isn’t your life; what you're trying to understand is you.

When you start with sessions, classes or even just questions, regardless of what led you there (insert your story), you open a door. You begin to reveal layers of old stories, wounds and blocks. You go through a process of acknowledging what you have been carrying around, for many years, and how these energies have been influencing your behaviors, beliefs and overall life experience.

Once those energies start transforming, you may have a rush of excitement, feeling free and more aware…feeling light! And then life creeps back in because…

This is not a quick fix!

Understanding yourself and learning to maintain your own energy…learning how to connect with your energetic abilities and intuitive gifts…learning how to transform and integrate so many wonderful tools into your life…it takes dedication, practice and consistency.

This is about DEEP level transformation; creating significant shifts in your life that help you create and experience your life in new ways!

Prior to doing this work, I had no idea how much fear I was holding, or how my fears had been dictating so much of my life. I had no idea how much my old wounds were influencing my perception of ME and impacting how I was living my life. I was denying myself so much of what I wanted because of those old fears, shame, worries...the list goes on and on. I had no idea! Thankfully, I decided to say that one BIG "yes", leaping onto a path that has led me right here, with you! It's your turn...

Today, I invite you to begin freeing yourself from layers of your old fears, doubts and confusion. By making the choice to say your BIG "yes", you will begin to understand and trust your own inner-guidance and energetic abilities, too!
